Wine Sales & Shipping
All wine purchases are subject to applicable state and federal laws regarding alcohol sales and shipping. By placing an order, you certify that:

- The recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years old
- Someone 21 years or older will be available to sign for the delivery
We currently ship only to states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is legally permitted. Shipping availability may change without notice due to evolving regulations.
Shady Lane Cellars is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, weather-related damage, or carrier issues once an order has left our facility.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our wines. If you believe a product is flawed or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
Due to the nature of wine sales, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles unless the wine is determined to be defective.
Wine Club Membership
Wine club memberships automatically renew according to the selected membership schedule unless canceled prior to processing. Members are responsible for keeping payment, shipping, and contact information current.
Membership benefits, discounts, and policies are subject to change at any time.
Reservations & Events
Reservations for tastings, events, or experiences may be subject to cancellation policies communicated at the time of booking.
Shady Lane Cellars reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates applicable laws or winery policies.
