Come and learn more about soil health and composting with our vineyard manager, Andy Fles, and bio char expert, Paul May, as they show us the full demonstration of bio char production. From ignition, raking/smoldering, to extinguishing and harvesting the bio char, these guys are going to show you every step to do it yourself for your farm or garden!
